Q: HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY AWESOME GEAR?
All items items will be shipped to you in 3-5 business days after your purchase.
Q: WHAT DOES “COMING SOON” MEAN?
All items marked "Coming Soon" are part of our upcoming collections. To keep up to date on their release date and new announcements, make sure to join our newsletter.
Q: WHY HAS MY PAYMENT FAILED?
Our online payment system is via stripe and they accept all major cards. If you are having trouble we suggest contacting your bank and checking with them for any reason it would fail. You can also contact us using the contact form with your order number and the name of the product you ordered.
Q: I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT IN MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?
Please contact us using the contact form with your order number and a photo of the incorrect product we sent. We will immediately send you the correct replacement product with a pre-printed return label so that you can return the incorrect product at your convenience.
Q: WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Click on the product you are interested in and then click “Sizing” to see the product's measurements.
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RESPOND?
You can expect a response within 1-3 business days. Our customer service team works Monday-Friday.
Q: MY PACKAGE SAYS THAT IT IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER, WHAT STEPS CAN I TAKE TO HAVE IT RESHIPPED TO ME?
Once a package is returned to our warehouse, we will reach out to the customer to take care of any issues with the address and then we will reship it.
