COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE
We are still shipping as usual without delay, and we are in close communication with our shipping partners to monitor any potential delays in service. If any of this changes, we will be sure to let you know.

Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before it ships. During sales and holidays allow 4-5 business days for processing before shipment. Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days after the above processing time, please check your spam folder.

ON CAMPUS DELIVERY
To receive On Campus Delivery, complete your order as you would normally and select "USC On Campus Delivery" as your shipping method at checkout. After completing your order, there will be a prompt on your order confirmation page to schedule your in person delivery through a scheduler. Upon completion of the scheduler, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your delivery time and location to receive your package.

PRE-ORDER
All items marked "Pre-Order" will be fulfilled and shipped by the release date associated with the product. Please note* if you have purchased non Pre-Order items with your Pre-Order order, all products will ship in 1-2 weeks with your Pre-Order items.

U.S.
Customers within the U.S. ship with a calculated shipping rate based upon zip code at checkout, and are fulfilled with USPS. All shipments to PO boxes will be shipped via USPS. Shipments within the US are estimated to take 3-5 business days in transit. Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Once the shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to offer assistance. Spoiled Threads is not responsible for delays caused by the post office or lost packages due to address errors.

INTERNATIONAL
Currently Spoiled Threads does not ship internationally, and thus we do not offer international shipping options.
