RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Spoiled Threads, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
If 7 days have gone by since receiving your order, we will be unable to offer you a refund.
Any items purchased at a marked down price are eligible for size exchanges and returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. All items with a ‘Final Sale’ notification are final and no exchanges or returns will be accepted on Final Sale items.
Products must be unwashed, unworn with the original tags attached, and in the same condition you received it. Items that do not meet this criteria and the time limit are non-returnable.
HOW TO RETURN
To return or exchange an item, please email us with subject line "Return Order #..." containing your order number and name the order was placed under. When shipping back your return, make sure to enclose the original order slip inside your package.

If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding shipping within 7-10 business days after we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse.
If you are exchanging a product we will issue you store credit within 7-10 business days after we receive the product in exchangeable condition at our warehouse.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless in the unlikely event of a faulty item.
We strongly recommend that you send your return parcel via a trackable delivery service such as Recorded or Signed For Delivery, as all responsibility for the safe delivery of returned items lies with the customer.
